SECOND GRADE:
Online Safety: Cyberbullying
In this engaging and interactive digital lesson, the learners receive direct instruction and practice in preventing, stopping, and not participating in cyberbullying. They will understand what cyberbullying is, types of technology used for cyberbullying, and how to reach out to an adult for help.

Online Safety & Digital Citizenship Skills Check - Level 3 (Post) evaluates 3rd grade concepts for safe, ethical online practices, proper online behavior, dealing with and preventing cyberbullying, and demonstrating strategies for safe and open communication.

The learners receive direct instruction and practice in preventing, stopping, and not participating in cyberbullying. They will understand what cyberbullying is, its effects, types of technology used by cyberbullies, ways to stay safe online, and what to do about cyberbullying in this engaging and interactive digital lesson.

FIFTH GRADE: 
Online Safety: Digital Citizenship
The learners receive direct instruction and practice in digital citizenship and responsible use of technology. They learn about digital footprints, the importance of privacy settings and creating a strong password and how to avoid websites that ask for personal information in this engaging and interactive digital lesson.
Online Safety: Dealing with Cyberbullying
The learners receive direct instruction and practice dealing with cyberbullying as they understand how to treat everyone with respect, avoid gossip, and the effects of cyberbullying. Learners are introduced to privacy settings and blocking messages as a way to respond to cyberbullies, and who to reach out to for help in this engaging and interactive digital lesson.
Digital Citizenship Quiz
This quiz challenges students to demonstrate their understanding of digital citizenship and the ethical and legal issues related to working and communicating online. Students will evaluate and choose actions that can help protect their personal safety online and offline. Students will be asked to decide on how to conduct themselves online, while respecting themselves and others. Finally, students will demonstrate their understanding of cyberbullying and what they can do to protect themselves and advocate for others.
