Nonfiction Speed Dating: Students will get a chance to look through piles of nonfictions books that we have set out on the tables in our library. They will look at the cover, read the excerpt, look at the pictures and then read the book for 3 minutes before moving on to a new table and starting the process over. If they like the book, they can check it out at the end of the lesson.
